I agree, Andrew, that it is absolutely essential to explain to your family members to attempt to get them on board, and that’s why it’s important to start working on making money as soon as possible as that’s the only thing many can relate to – show me the money for all the hours you spend at your computer! Unfortunately, this is also the reason why many people I’ve talked with who start online give up: they get very little support at home and they become frustrated. It really takes the correct mindset to push forward. Thank you,

Another thing you must prepare yourself for with this online stuff is explaining it to a family member who just doesn’t understand online. If they don’t see a brick and morter type business, they don’t consider it a business. Are you mentally prepared to handle that?

Thank you for the blog post. Excellent tips. I have read so many times that quality customer service goes a long way. It’s important to meet people’s needs and let them know that you care about them and not just about selling them a product.
