Relationship Building: We Need Each Other for Success

March 21, 2012 By: Yvonne A Jones Category: relationship marketing

Woman holding out handIt takes a lot of people to make you truly successful in most fields of business, but this is especially true when you work online.  No one can claim success without attributing thanks and appreciation to many.  Relationship building has to be an integral part of our online business.

Content Creation

Writing your own content is always the best and is recommended, but if you are writing blog posts regularly, you’ll eventually need help with generating ideas for your topic.  I sometimes use Private Label Rights (PLR) to trigger ideas on a given topic.  Once I determine the direction I’m going, often based on the PLR product, my thoughts will begin to flow and generate my own ideas on the subject.  If it’s a topic that I’m not very familiar with, then I depend more on well-written PLR articles and reports to guide me in laying a solid foundation that I can build on.

Private Label Rights content are great for filling in the gaps, but never use them for article content that you submit to article directories.  These reports, ebooks (more…)

Building Relationships With Colleagues In My Online Community Has Been A Rewarding Experience

Featured “Monday Writer” – Jeff Wise

Over the past year I have learned so many new things about internet marketing and I really have to credit it to all of the new relationships I have made.  Whether through social media, attending events or participating in contests and blog challenges, the new relationships have prompted a flood of new and helpful information that is propelling my business to new heights.

Relationship Marketing: Providing Valuable Information On Your Blog

August 20, 2010 By: Yvonne A Jones Category: Branding, Business - Entrepreneur, Mindset

Providing valuable content on your blog, the hub of your online activities, is not always easy.  Your goal should always be to provide a valuable source of information so that your readers will want to come back for more.

It’s easy to reason that since you’re not being paid for the information on your blog, it does not have to be of the highest quality.  Thinking that way would be a huge mistake.  Put yourself in your readers’ place.  Would you revisit a website where the information is of little or no value?

It is true that you are in business because we want to make money.  On the other hand, the interesting thing is that when you give your readers really valuable information, you are nurturing and building relationships so that when you have something for sale they will be more willing to purchase products from or through you.  They will have come to appreciate that you have their interests at heart and so you would recommend only products that are worthwhile and will be of  benefit  to them.
