Monetize Your Website with Adsense – A Profitable Venture

July 05, 2011 By: Yvonne A Jones Category: online business

A number of persons are beginning to appreciate that money can be made from having a website displaying Adsense ads, and having many of these sites, they can become valuable revenue sources.  The great thing about it is that the income from these sites will be a monthly residual income with very little work on your part.

There is work involved initially as you want to be sure that each site has content that is relevant to the topic and you have keyword rich posts on the site.  You can add posts later on, but having a site with five or six pages is a great place to start.

Google Adsense is a fast and easy way for website publishers of all sizes to display relevant and text-based Google ads on their website’s content pages and earn money in the process. The ads displayed are related to what your users are looking for on your site. This is the main reason why you both can monetize and enhance your content pages using Adsense.

How much you will be earning will depend on how much the advertisers are willing to pay. It will depend also on the keywords required. If the keywords the advertiser has chosen are in high demand, you could receive more dollars per click. On the other hand, low demand keywords will earn you just a few cents per click.

Creating several of these sites with Adsense is therefore a great way to monetize your content.

Please visit two of my sites to see how simple they can be, and I invite you to ‘Like’ my pages and +1, if you’d like.  They are at:http://saygoodbyetodiabetes.com and http://stayingfitandfabulous.com One caution is that when you have these ads on your site, be sure not to click on them as Google will shut your account down.  Also, when you invite others to view your site, be sure to let them know that they should avoid clicking on the ads unless they are specifically interested in the item.

I’ll be happy to do the same for you.  In my next post I’ll tell you more about how to set up your first site with Adsense ads.
