There are no shortcuts to building trust.  Trust is cultivated and developed over time based on mutual experiences.  However, it can take just one action for that trust to be lost.  This is true in just about any type of relationship: romantic, family, friendship, or business.

Many persons have become disillusioned with large corporations.  John Gerzema of Young & Rubicam’s, a New York advertising firm noted that trust in brands has plummeted over the past five years and added, “People stopped trusting all kinds of companies.”  Most of us as entrepreneurs have a company of one – we are the company and it’s imperative that we are known by our customers and peers to be honest and dependable.  This will go a far way in keeping us in business.

Search Engine Optimization is a huge topic and there is a great deal of information available on the internet.  Keyword research is only a part of the entire package, yet for someone who is just starting a blog or article writing, understanding the basics of keyword research is enough to get started.

Today’s post is the third and final (for now) on the topic of keyword research.  As I delve deeper into the topic and learn and apply more, I will share that information.  The first post referred to was on basic keyword research and the second was on how to do keyword research.

Your goal in doing keyword research should therefore be to find and compile a list of keywords, keyword phrases or long tail keywords that have the following characteristics:

Over the past year I have learned so many new things about internet marketing and I really have to credit it to all of the new relationships I have made.  Whether through social media, attending events or participating in contests and blog challenges, the new relationships have prompted a flood of new and helpful information that is propelling my business to new heights.

It all started when I entered a big internet marketing contest in which the winner would win $10,000 worth of expert internet marketing mentoring.  Because of that contest I started blogging everyday for a particular niche I started, and I received an email from someone whose email list I had been a part of for several years.

This email talked about a blog challenge where you would blog everyday for a month and I joined.  During that blog challenge I met new people whom I would eventually build a business relationship with.  Through these relationships I have learned many new (more…)
